Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function at our apparel manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in employee relations, compliance, recruitment, and workforce development in the garment industry. This is a strategic and hands-on role requiring close collaboration with production, compliance, and senior management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Manage factory HR processes including attendance, payroll coordination, shift planning, and manpower allocation.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, factories act, and buyer compliance standards.
- Handle grievances, employee welfare, and disciplinary actions professionally.
- Develop and execute training & development programs tailored for factory employees and mid-management.
- Drive HR policies, SOPs, and HRMS implementation for process efficiency.
- Coordinate with external auditors, buyers, and compliance teams during social and technical audits.
- Foster a positive work culture that encourages employee retention and productivity.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare regular reports for management decision-making.
