Senior Maintenance Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations in our apparel manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all machinery, equipment, and infrastructure are operating efficiently to support seamless production.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
* Supervise and lead the maintenance team, ensuring timely repairs and optimal machine performance.
* Monitor and maintain all production machinery, utilities, and support equipment, including sewing machines, cutting machines, boilers, compressors, and HVAC systems.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices.
* Maintain accurate maintenance records and generate reports on machine performance, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance schedules.
* Collaborate with the production and quality teams to optimize machine utilization and reduce defects.
