Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Industrial Engineering department to improve productivity and efficiency.
Analyze production processes and implement best practices to enhance performance.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and time-motion studies.
Optimize manpower, machinery, and material flow to reduce waste and costs.
Implement lean manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement strategies.
Monitor production data and generate reports to drive process improvements.
Collaborate with production, quality, and supply chain teams to achieve operational excellence.
