Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cutting Manager to lead and oversee the cutting department in our apparel manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient fabric cutting operations, optimizing material utilization, and maintaining high-quality standards while meeting production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, organize, and oversee all fabric cutting activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely production.
* Optimize fabric utilization to minimize waste and reduce costs.
* Manage and supervise the cutting team, ensuring proper training and skill development.
* Monitor cutting quality, ensuring accuracy in patterns, measurements, and alignment.
* Coordinate with the merchandising, production, and quality departments to meet order requirements.
* Implement best practices such as Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement techniques.
* Able to manage around 20K pieces daily cutting target.
