An International Garment Manufacturing Group in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead our apparel manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability while driving business growth and operational excellence.

🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Textile Engineering or related field

💼 Responsibilities:

* Provide strategic leadership and direction to all departments, including production, quality, maintenance, supply chain, and HR.
* Develop and implement business strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
* Ensure seamless execution of production plans, meeting customer deadlines and quality standards.
* Optimize resource allocation, cost control, and waste reduction to maximize profitability.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives, implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other best practices.
